Creating a work order
There are two ways to create a work order:
Dayplanning;
In the dayplanning you can use your mouse to select a time and a day on which you want to create a work order. When you release the mouse, a window opens in which you can add planning information. From here you have 2 options for drawing up a work order. Either you use the link with Wappy, in which this planning item is available immediately after you have created it. Or you click the plus next to work orders at the bottom right of the planning item.

Work order module:
You can also go straight to the work order module and click the + sign there to add a work order.
A work order is a document that records all costs. It records all labour carried out per day and per site for a particular project. A work order is not an invoice.
Overview

- Man-day register: In the overview you can request a PDF man-day register. This PDF is drawn up on the basis of the selected work orders. In this PDF the sorting is done first by project (alphabetically) and then by week (chronologically). In settings > work orders you can use replacement codes to determine yourself which employee data is shown on the PDF.

Analysis

By using the search function at the top you can also filter the analyses by employee, project, period, genre of hour code and activity.
Calendar

This calendar gives you a detailed overview of the achievements your employees have carried out, together with the number of hours achieved per achievement. If your employee is absent on a particular day due to sickness, this is shown on the calendar as well.

Actions

Webshops: you can create a link with a webshop such as Van Marcke, Rexel and Cebeo and load the items onto your work order from there.
Make invoice: you can draw up an invoice from the work order.
Make order: you can create an order from the work order you have open.
Mails: you can send various mails from the work order module, such as a simple work order and a work order without prices.
Audit log: you can consult the history of edits made to this work order.
Employee hours & kilometres
In the 'employee hours' block you can add the time registration of an employee. To do so, click 'add line'. You have the option of drawing up a work order per employee or one work order for several employees (e.g. a team).

With the work order pro, time registration is now done in a different way.
For more information about kilometre registration, consult our mobility guide.
Items
Items are items and equipment that are linked to the achievements of this work order.
Signature
On a smartphone, tablet or PC with a touchscreen, a digital signature can be placed on the work order PDF. This way you always have proof that you can send along with the invoice. If this option is not available, you have probably not yet activated it in the order settings.
Invoicing a work order
Invoice strategy:
Via the work order settings you can choose which strategy you want to use:

*** Detail per work order** => Every line of the work order is transferred to the invoice.
*** Detail sum of work orders** => Lines with the same items/descriptions are added together.
*** 1 line per work order**=> Only the total amount is placed on the invoice as 1 line. You can fill in the text that is shown with the remarks in the work order settings.
You can invoice a work order in several ways:
Invoicing 1 work order:
You select a work order file in the overview and click Make invoice. An invoice for 1 work order is drawn up.
Invoicing several work orders:
You select several consecutive work orders in the overview, hold down the shift key and then click Make invoice.
When an invoice is drawn up that contains several work orders, the work orders are merged into 1 PDF if you want to send it by mail.

Link with a webshop
If you click 'webshops', you arrive on a page with the webshops you have added in the settings. You open the webshop you want. Here you can search for items and add them to your shopping basket. You have 2 options for this:
Copy to clipboard:
You copy an item and paste it onto the quotation lines afterwards.
Add to items:
The items you want are added to the item library in Robaws.
