Dividing your dayplanning into different categories
To place a planning item in a certain category, you use the 'planning type' field.
By assigning a colour to the planning type, you get a clear overview in your dayplanning.
Example:
You create a planning type 'maintenance'. You use this for all planning items that are maintenance jobs. You assign a green colour to it, so that in the dayplanning you can see immediately which jobs are maintenance jobs.
Creating a planning type
You can create a planning type via settings > general > planning > planning type or via settings > dayplanning > master data > planning type.
Setting | Explanation |
|---|---|
Name | Name of the planning type. This is shown in a combobox in the dayplanning on the 'planning type' field. |
Colour | Colour that you assign to the planning type. This colour is used in the overview of the dayplanning. |
