What are execution phases?
Execution phases are the phases a site can be in: excavation, foundations, sewerage, brickwork, painting, and so on. If you mark the execution phase on a planning item, you get a separate display in the dayplanning that shows per phase which projects are in it. Handy if you read your planning by site phase rather than by employee.
Settings
Before you can use execution phases, you switch them on:
- Go to Settings > Projects > Master data.
- Switch on the Execution phase setting.
- Click through on the setting to create your execution phases. For each phase you fill in a Name, and optionally a Planning group with which you bundle the phases in the dayplanning.

Use
On a planning item, select the execution phase you want. If you want to add extra explanation, also fill in the Execution phase detail field. You can have that field shown on the planning item in the dayplanning.

Then go to the dayplanning and choose the Execution phase planning module. You get an overview of all existing execution phases with the planning items attached to them, grouped according to the planning group you have entered.
