Extra fields

Every module in Robaws consists of a number of standard fields. These already let you record most of the standard data.
But just as in all modules in Robaws, you can also use extra fields on the item file.
You can create extra fields to record other specific information that cannot be captured in the standard fields.

Default documents

Here you set up the default documents you want to use in the item module. They appear on the item file under the 'standard document' action button. You can still edit them there before you send them to the customer.

Time norms

A time norm is a set amount of labour that may be charged when an item is installed. You can use this in Robaws too. You will find more information in this article.
Via this setting you can link a default article to the time norms. This labour item is used to add an extra line to the quotation when time norms are used.
