Wappy | Deleting a work order

Whether you can delete a work order in Wappy depends on the way that work order ended up in Wappy: via the dayplanning in Robaws, or because the user created one themselves.

Work orders from the dayplanning in Robaws

The planning items from the dayplanning in Robaws end up in the work order overview of Wappy automatically. You cannot delete these work orders in Wappy. They belong to a planning item in Robaws, and that item is in charge.

Do you still want such a work order gone? Then delete the planning item in the dayplanning in Robaws. The work order then disappears from Wappy too.

Work orders from the dayplanning also disappear automatically. Via settings > work orders > wappy you set how many days into the past the planning remains visible. Work orders that are older and to which nothing has been changed yet in Wappy are deleted automatically. Work orders to which something has already been changed remain, with a message stating that they could not be deleted automatically.

Work orders you created yourself in Wappy

A work order that you created yourself in Wappy is not a planning item and does not end up in the dayplanning in Robaws either. You can delete these work orders in Wappy:

  1. Go to the overview of the work orders.
  2. Press and hold the work order you want to delete until a selection menu appears.
  3. Choose 'delete'.

Creating work orders yourself — and therefore deleting them too — is part of the Standard and Teams Wappy plans.
