Wappy | Working with forms
In Robaws you can draw up a questionnaire, checklist or document in the form of a form. You fill such a form in via Robaws, the Robaws App or Wappy. After it has been filled in, the form is converted into a PDF that you can consult and export in Robaws.
In this article you can read how a form ends up in Wappy, where you fill it in and where you find it again in Robaws afterwards.
How does a form end up in Wappy?
A form appears in Wappy in several ways:
- Linked to a planning item – the form appears on the accompanying work order under the 'extra' tab, in the 'forms' section.
- Linked to a task – the form appears with the task on the dayplanning, the project or the order.
- Added in Wappy yourself – if there is no form on the work order yet, you can add one yourself in Wappy via the '+ add' button.
Where do you fill in the form?
In Wappy you find the forms via the 'extra' tab.
- Form on a planning item: open the 'forms' section, click the form open and fill in all the fields.
- Form on a task: click the task open and open the form under the 'forms' section.
You can keep adjusting the values you have entered for as long as the work order has not yet been sent to Robaws.

Where do you find the form in Robaws?
Once the work order has been sent from Wappy to Robaws, you find it under the 'work orders' module. The completed form is there as a PDF document under the 'forms' tab of the work order. If the form was linked to a task, you find it with the task.
