Wappy | Logging in

To log in to Wappy you have to create a user in Robaws. This user needs to have an active Wappy licence.

How do I log in to Wappy?

To log in to Wappy you can use the following options:

• Enter the combination of username and password correctly (Careful: Wappy is case-sensitive!)
• Use the Google, Microsoft or Apple (iOS only) login. You can use this if the username in Wappy is the same e-mail address as the Google, Microsoft or Apple one.

Creating a new user

To create a user who is going to use Wappy, you go through the following steps:

1. Click your name at the top right and go to users
2. Click + to create a new user
3. Enter the e-mail address the user will have to log in with
4. Assign a user role to the user
5. Activate 'Wappy' on this user
6. Choose the licence type for this user

For a new user you can select 'Invite for Wappy' at the top left to send the user an invitation by text message to log in.
In that case the user receives a link to the app in the app store. That way they can download the app and log in.

Giving an existing user access to Wappy

If an existing user in Robaws has to be given access to Wappy, you do not have to create a new user.
You go through the following steps:

1. Click your name at the top right and go to users
2. Open the user on which you want to activate Wappy
3. Activate 'Wappy' on this user
4. Choose the licence type for this user
