Wappy | Maintenance report

Wappy is an app with which you can draw up and fill in digital work orders.

From the 'my work orders' module in Wappy you can choose a work order from a list or create a work order yourself.
On a work order you have several options, among them filling in a maintenance report.
A maintenance report is the execution of a maintenance service of an installation.

To be able to fill in a maintenance report in Wappy, the work order has to be linked to an order that contains maintenance services.

Linking an order with a maintenance service to a work order

From an installation with a maintenance schedule, orders are created with maintenance services linked to them.
There are 2 possible ways to make sure that reports can be created for these in Wappy.

  1. Create a planning item for the order in Robaws
  2. Select an order in Wappy for which you want to create a work order

Creating a maintenance report in Wappy

Carrying out the maintenance goes together with making a maintenance report. You can do this in Wappy.
To do so, you go through the following steps:

  1. Open the work order to which the order with the maintenance service is linked. On it you have an extra tab 'maintenance'.
  2. Register the hours for this maintenance
  3. Open the maintenance service in the 'maintenance' tab and fill it in completely.
  4. Give the maintenance service a status and add the assignee who carried out this maintenance.
  5. Fill in a report for this maintenance

All employees who are linked to the work order with this maintenance can consult the status of the maintenance templates in real time.
As soon as you send the work order from Wappy, it will appear in Robaws under the 'work orders' module. From the work order you can click through to the maintenance service that was registered.

If the status of the maintenance service falls under the 'done' category, the items that are linked to the template will have been added to the work order. You can view the categories of the statuses via settings > maintenance > statuses.
