Wappy | Calculating kilometres
Wappy is an app with which you can draw up and fill in digital work orders.
From the 'my work orders' module in Wappy, you can choose a work order from the list or create a work order yourself.
On a work order you have several options, among them registering kilometres. You do this via the fourth tab 'extra' on the work order, under the heading 'distance travelled'.
There are 2 different ways to register kilometres:
The registered kilometres are only for internal use in the context of the mobility allowance that is shown on the performance sheet of the employee.
If you want to pass the kilometres on to the customer, you still have to add them as an extra line on the work order.
Calculating automatically
You can have kilometres calculated automatically. The calculation is made in the project in Robaws, on the basis of the company address and the project address.
To have the kilometres calculated automatically in Wappy, you go through the steps below:
- Click 'calculate' under the heading 'distance travelled'
- A frame is added with the registered kilometres
- You can click the frame to adjust the details manually

Adding manually
To add kilometres manually in Wappy, you click '+ add'.
A window opens in which you have to register the following details:
- Employee: you fill in the employee for whom you want to register the kilometres
- Kilometres: you fill in the kilometres travelled manually
- Mobility: the type of mobility that belongs to the employee -> if this has been set on the employee file, it is filled in automatically
