Wappy | Registering hours worked
On a work order in Wappy your employee registers their hours worked, among other things. You do this via the second tab 'hours'. There are three ways to register those hours, and you decide yourself which ones are available via settings > work orders > wappy:
Registering your own hours is part of all Wappy plans. Entering hours for other employees is only possible with the Teams plan (see the Wappy plans).
Calculating hours from the work order
A work order that comes out of the dayplanning or that you created in Wappy yourself has a start and end time. If you click 'calculate', Wappy registers that employee's hours on the basis of that start and end time.

Adding hours manually
Click '+ add'. A window opens in which you fill in the details of the hours. Which fields you see depends on your Wappy settings — below you will find all of them:
- Employee: by default the employee who enters the hours. With the Teams plan you can also add hours for colleagues.
- Time operation: the time operation that applies.
- Hour type: the hour type that applies. Important for the time check.
- Activity: the activity that applies.
- Post: the post on which the hours are booked. Important if you want to split the recalculation per post.
- Start and end: the start and end time of the work carried out.
- Pause: the break that is deducted from the total registered hours worked.
- Time & Materials: tick this if they are Time & Materials hours. Robaws creates a separate work order for everything that is registered as Time & Materials.
You can also add a remark. In Robaws that remark ends up on the line of the hours on the work order. If you use equipment, you register the material hours in the same way.

Recording hours with the timer
With the start-stop button you let a timer run for as long as the work is running:
- Click the 'play' button at the bottom right to start the timer.
- Fill in the details of the hours. This window only appears if the Accelerated entry start/stop setting is switched on.
- Click the 'stop' button at the bottom right to stop the timer.
