Explanation

Add

Create a new quotation. Via the drop-down list you start from a template.

Duplicate

Create a new quotation based on the selected quotation. It receives a new quotation number. Useful for drawing up a similar quotation for a different customer. Not to be confused with a quotation revision. You can only duplicate one quotation at a time.

E-mail

Send an e-mail to one or more quotation customers. Choose an existing e-mail template for this.

Excel

Export the quotations from this overview to Excel.

Make supply order

Order all the material from one or more quotations in a single click. This can also be a price request, an internal supply order or a transport request. Do you not see this button? Switch on settings > quotations > settings > make supply order.

Delete

Delete the selected quotations.

Archive

Archive the selected quotations.

Lock

Lock the selected quotations.

A quick supply order from the quotation overview does not keep a history. This means you can order the material from the same quotation over and over again. It is better to order from the project: there the history of the ordered materials is kept.
