Creating a planning item in the dayplanning

There are 2 ways of creating a planning item in Robaws:

  • In the ' Dayplanning' module: via the '+' button at the top (blank planning item) or by selecting a number of timeslots. After you have selected a number of timeslots, a planning item is shown in which the start and end time are filled in automatically on the basis of the selected time range.
  • From the projects, orders, employees, equipment and installations modules you can create a new planning item via the ' Planning' tab.

Address

Robaws has a link with Google Maps. When you enter part of an address or a company name in the 'Enter a location' field, an attempt is made via Google Maps to complete the full address. The address is then marked on the map. If a project or order is assigned to the planning item, the address of the project or order is copied.

Overview

On a planning item you can consult work orders and maintenances. It is also possible to create a new work order from a planning item.

Work orders on a planning item:

  • Blue bar (left): Selling price of all linked work orders.
  • Orange bar (right): Cost price of all linked work orders.

Forms

In a planning item you can provide one or more forms in advance, which the employee then has to fill in in Wappy.
*For example: you schedule a maintenance for a heating boiler, then you can add a form that the employee has to consult during the maintenance, a sort of checklist. *

Recurring planning item

Suppose you create a planning item, but you want it to appear in your dayplanning again every 6 months, then it is possible to create a recurring planning item.

Items

In the 'items' tab you can add the items that are needed in order to carry out an assignment.
You can add these items manually, or you can load the items from an order and/or project ( Bill of materials) or from a supply order, provided that the project or the order is linked to the planning item.
