Changing your password

Have you forgotten your password or do you simply want to change your password? That is possible.

Forgot password

Do you get the message 'invalid login or password' when you log in? That means the credentials are not correct.
You can create a new password by following these steps:

Go to the login page app.robaws.com
Click on 'forgot password'
Enter the e-mail address the reset link may be sent to
Click on the link in the reset e-mail
Create a new password
You can now log in with your username and the new password

The e-mail with the reset link is only valid for 1 hour. Once that hour has passed, you will have to send a new e-mail

Change password

Do you want to set a new password just like that, or do you want to change the password for another user who has forgotten his password?
You can do this by following these steps:

Click on your name at the top right
Go to users (this is only possible if you have admin rights and you want to change the password of a colleague)
Open the user whose password you want to change
Click on the padlock at the top
Here you can set a new password

For security reasons, the Robaws support colleagues are not allowed to change or set passwords. You will therefore always have to fall back on one of the methods above.
