Wappy | Requesting material

Via Wappy you can request material that has to be made ready from a stock location.
You do this with the request material function.

The following functions are possible in Wappy:

1. Consulting internal supply orders
2. Creating an internal supply order and sending this supply order through to Robaws

Consulting an internal supply order

In Wappy you have a "request material" function. If you click on it, you get an overview in which you can consult all the internal supply orders that have already been created in Robaws by this user. You can open these internal supply orders and consult information.

You can consult the following things on an internal supply order:

• Consulting the general information of this internal supply order
• Consulting the items for this internal supply order

Creating an internal supply order via Wappy

To create an internal supply order via Wappy, a template has to have been created that you can call up via Wappy.
To do this, you go through the following steps:

1. Via settings > supply orders > templates > add you create a new template
2. Choose the type 'internal'
3. Switch on the 'Enable this template on Wappy' function so that you can select it from Wappy

Once you have carried out the above, it is possible to request material via Wappy.

How do you request material?

Once the template has been created, you can request material via Wappy.
To request material, you go through the following steps:

1. Click 'request material' in Wappy
2. Click the green + sign at the bottom right
3. Enter all the information, which is all the details relating to the internal supply order that has to be passed on to Robaws
4. Enter all the items that have to be on the internal supply order
5. Click the green arrow at the bottom right to send the internal supply order to Robaws
