Stockreservations

With the 'stockreservations' function you can reserve a number of items for a particular item or project for a set period.
The stock of these items on the item file is then no longer regarded as 'available' stock, but as 'reserved' stock.

This function can be used in combination with the project supply routes. You can, for example, place an internal supply order for a project and reserve the accompanying materials at the same time.

Use

At the top of the overview of the items you find the action button stockreservations. This is how you consult the stockreservations.
Via the insights on the item file and the project file you can also click through to the stockreservations that belong to them.

A stockreservation is not deleted automatically after a stock change has been made. It has to be deleted manually, or it is deleted on the due date.

Settings

Via settings > general > stockreservations you activate the use of stockreservations.
As soon as this function has been activated, the action button for the stockreservations is visible in the 'items' module.
