Linking your accounting software to Robaws

Within Robaws there is no option to do your bookkeeping; for that you still need a dedicated accounting software package.
There are, however, options to set up an integration between Robaws and your accounting software. Such an integration allows you, for example, to export invoices to the accounting software. This saves you a lot of time as a company, because you do not have to create the invoices twice.

For some accounting software packages we have an API integration. The API integration allows you to export both incoming invoices and sales invoices, and it also provides a synchronisation from the accounting software back to Robaws, in which other data such as payments, GL accounts and so on can be passed on.

Do you use different accounting software? Then you can still export your invoices from Robaws via UBL. Use

Options with these integrations:

Synchronising the payment statuses of incoming and sales invoices
Importing GL accounts
Setting a default GL account/journal: this function makes sure that the GL account and the journal are already passed on to the accounting software

Settings

Via settings > integrations you can find an overview of all accounting software packages we have a dedicated integration with.
This is also where you set up an integration with the integration of your choice. To do so, you need the credentials of the accounting software.

Some accounting integrations are chargeable, others are free. For a chargeable integration you pay an extra cost per integration that you set up from Robaws. Contact your account manager for more information.
