What is the difference between fast and premium OCR?

By using the OCR function you make sure that incoming invoices are read in and added to Robaws automatically.
We use 2 different types for this. The difference between the two lies mainly in the cost price, accuracy, time to result and level of detail. The difference is explained below.

Difference

Fast OCR recognition

  • Result available immediately
  • Costs € 0.15 per processed invoice
  • No guarantee of accuracy -> always check carefully
  • Level of detail: general details (supplier on the basis of the VAT number, invoice number, invoice date, due date, structured statement), one invoice line with the total amount and the VAT tariffs.

Premium OCR recognition

  • Result available during the course of the next workday
  • Costs € 0.70 per processed invoice
  • 99% of all invoices are recognised in a way that is 100% correct for accounting purposes. Correct for accounting purposes means that the total amount and the VAT are correct.
  • Level of detail: general details as with fast OCR recognition, all invoice lines (total amount OR including quantities and unit prices)

Settings

Via the RobawsBox you can choose which OCR type you want. You do this via settings > incoming invoices > RobawsBox.
