Entering leave periods and public holidays in the dayplanning
Yes. You usually know collective leave and public holidays a long time in advance. You enter those days in Robaws as a leave period. They then get their own colour in the dayplanning and in the project planning, so that your planner immediately sees that nothing should be scheduled. You enter public holidays in the same way as a leave period.
An example: your company goes on construction holiday from 22/07 up to and including 08/08. You create that period as a leave period, and the whole period is coloured in the planning.
Creating a leave period
Go to settings > general > leave periods and create one or more leave periods. You also find the same setting via settings > dayplanning and settings > project planning.
