Ordering directly from your supplier

In Robaws you can set up an integration between Robaws and various webshops. You find these via settings > integrations > webshops.

The added value of some of these webshops is that you can place a direct supply order with the supplier from Robaws.
In that case you draw up the supply order in Robaws and you can place the supply order with the supplier with 1 button.

Activate the webshop integration

To do this, follow the step-by-step plan mentioned in the article of the webshop.
For most webshops you can also provide a separate login per user.

Placing a supply order with the supplier

From the supply orders module you can send a supply order directly to the supplier. If this function is supported by the supplier's webshop, an extra button 'send via webshop' is shown in the supply order.
This function can only be used for existing items. If you only use a description, no supply order can be placed.

After sending

If the supply order has arrived at the supplier, you get the message 'Sent'. From then on the bar 'Supply order has been sent via webshop on' is shown at the top of the supply order, with the date and time.
For some webshops you still have to complete the order in the webshop itself. In that case the window 'Follow-up action required' appears first, with the button 'Open the order in the webshop'.

If the supply order does not get through — the webshop refuses it or your login details are incorrect — you get an error message with the reason given by the supplier. The supply order is then not registered as sent and keeps its status, so you can correct it and send it again.
You also get a notification 'Send supply order ... via webshop failed' that takes you straight to the supply order.
