How the Van Marcke webshop works

Van Marcke is the Belgian specialist in sanitary ware and HVAC.

To activate the API integration with the Van Marcke webshop, contact Van Marcke so that they can activate your account for the use of a webshop integration.

Activating the integration

To activate the integration, go to settings > integrations > webshops > Van Marcke Blue.
To set up the integration, enter the settings below.

Setting	Explanation
Connect with Van Marcke	You click this button to be redirected to the Van Marcke login page. There you enter your email address and password.
Update prices automatically	With this slider you decide whether a synchronisation may run between Robaws and Van Marcke to retrieve prices from the webshop automatically and adjust them in Robaws.
Supplier	Here you link the supplier that is known in Robaws. This matters when importing items.

With the 'test connection' button you can see whether all details have been filled in correctly and the connection is successful.

Special points to note for this webshop

Creating supply orders from Robaws

Between Robaws and Van Marcke it is possible to send supply orders created in Robaws through to Van Marcke. To be able to send a supply order to the webshop, it is important that every item on the supply order is linked to Van Marcke as the supplier.
When you send it, you get a pop-up window where you find the following:

Delivery address: You are asked to pass on a delivery address to which this supply order has to be delivered. Addresses are suggested on the right. These are the addresses of the company and of linked projects.
