How the Cebeo webshop works

Cebeo is a wholesaler of electrotechnical material.

To activate the API integration with the Cebeo webshop, you need a specific customer number to set up the connection between Robaws and CEBEO. Contact integrations.support@cebeo.be for this.

Activating the integration

To activate the integration, go to settings > integrations > webshops > CEBEO. There is a tile for the old CEBEO webshop and a tile for the new webshop. You can choose yourself which webshop you link up with.
Depending on which webshop you choose, there are a few differences in the settings. Below you will find the settings that belong to the specific webshop of your choice.

Cebeo

Setting	Explanation
Customer Nr.	Customer Nr. from CEBEO > this has to be a specific number that gives access to the API. (see above)
Credentials	Use the pencil icon next to this field to fill in your Cebeo username and password. (the username is not an email address, but starts with RB)
Active	With this slider you make sure the integration with the webshop is activated.
Update prices automatically	With this slider you decide whether a synchronisation may run between Robaws and Cebeo to retrieve prices from the webshop automatically and adjust them in Robaws.
Immediately confirm orders from Robaws	With this slider you decide whether the supply orders placed from Robaws are confirmed straight away or not.
Supplier	Here you link the supplier that is known in Robaws. This matters when importing items and sending supply orders.
Barcode	You have the choice between EAN code and Cebeo ID

With the 'test connection' button you can see whether all details have been filled in correctly and the connection is successful.

Cebeo-new

Setting	Explanation
Customer Nr.	Customer Nr. from CEBEO > this has to be a specific number that gives access to the API. (see above)
Username	The username of your account in Cebeo. (this is not an email address, it starts with RB)
Password	The password linked to the username above.
Active	With this slider you make sure the integration with the webshop is activated.
Update prices automatically	With this slider you decide whether a synchronisation may run between Robaws and Cebeo to retrieve prices from the webshop automatically and adjust them in Robaws.
Supplier	Here you link the supplier that is known in Robaws. This matters when importing items and sending supply orders.
Barcode	You have the choice between EAN code and Cebeo ID

With the 'test connection' button you can see whether all details have been filled in correctly and the connection is successful.With the new webshop, supply orders are confirmed automatically; this is a limitation from Cebeo. Because of this, the setting 'immediately confirm orders from Robaws' has also been removed.

Special points to note for this webshop

Importing items

If you use Cebeo-new, there is 1 important difference when importing your shopping cart into Robaws.
Because you can create several shopping carts in the new Cebeo webshop, it is important that we are told which shopping cart we have to retrieve the items from.
We need the Basket ID for this. You fill it in in the field provided in the pop-up screen.

Creating supply orders from Robaws

Between Robaws and Cebeo it is possible to send supply orders created in Robaws through to Cebeo. To be able to send a supply order to the webshop, it is important that every item on the supply order is linked to Cebeo as the supplier.
With the old webshop you can choose yourself whether or not to confirm a supply order straight away. If you choose not to, an email will be sent to you containing a reminder to confirm the supply order in Cebeo.
If you choose to confirm the supply order straight away, or if you use the new webshop, you will not receive this email and the supply order will be confirmed immediately as soon as you send it from Robaws to Cebeo.
