What you can do with the integration

The integration with the STG webshop brings a few interesting possibilities with it:

Importing items
Updating prices automatically
Sending supply orders from Robaws to the webshop; please note - there are special points to note about this for this webshop

Activating the integration

Before you can use the integration, it is important that we have a connection with this webshop.
You can set up the connection in 2 different ways:

A general integration for the entire company
An integration specific to each user

General integration

To set up the general integration with the STG webshop, go to settings > integrations > webshops > STG.
For the general login you need the left-hand column. Fill in the details below.

Setting	Explanation
Active	You have to activate this slider if you want to use the integration.
User ID	The User ID known in STG.
Username	The username known in STG.
Password	The password linked to the username/User ID in STG.
Update prices automatically	At night a synchronisation is set up between the webshop and Robaws, in which we update the prices in Robaws according to the prices in STG.
Supplier	This supplier is used when you import items from the STG webshop. This is the supplier file that was created in Robaws.

With the 'test connection' button you can see whether all details have been filled in correctly and the connection is successful.

User-specific integration

To set up the user-specific integration with the STG webshop, go to settings > integrations > webshops > STG.
For the user-specific login you need the right-hand pane. You fill in the details below there.

Setting	Explanation
Active	You have to activate this slider if you want to use the integration.
User ID	The User ID known in STG. You fill this in under the general details.
Employee	Link the employee for whom you want a specific login to this line. Robaws looks at which user this employee is linked to on the user file.
Username	If you click here, you get the option to enter a username and password. This is the username and password of this specific user from STG.
Login	If you click here, you get the option to enter a username and password. This is the username and password of this specific user from STG.
Update prices automatically	At night a synchronisation is set up between the webshop and Robaws, in which we update the prices in Robaws according to the prices in STG.
Supplier	This supplier is used when you import items from the STG webshop. This is the supplier file that was created in Robaws.

With the 'test connection' button behind the padlock for each user, you can see whether all details have been filled in correctly and the connection is successful.

Special points to note for this webshop

Creating supply orders from Robaws

Between Robaws and STG it is possible to send supply orders created in Robaws through to STG. To be able to send a supply order to the webshop, it is important that every item on the supply order is linked to STG as the supplier.
When you send it, you get a pop-up window where 2 things can be consulted:

Stock: There is a stock check from STG. This means that we get insight into STG's available stock and give a warning there if the stock is not sufficient.
Delivery address: You are asked to pass on a delivery address to which this supply order has to be delivered. Addresses are suggested on the right. These are the addresses of the company and of linked projects.
