How the Licht en Elektro Bossuyt webshop works

Licht en Elektro Bossuyt is a wholesaler in lighting and electrical material. With this integration you pull their items and prices into Robaws, and you order directly from your supply order.

This integration is available for Belgian and Dutch environments.

This is an external integration: it was not built by Robaws itself and works via an intermediary. If something goes wrong, we look into it together with Bossuyt.

Activating the integration

To activate the integration, go to settings > integrations > webshops > Licht en Elektro Bossuyt. Here you activate the 'enabled' slider.

Setting	Explanation
Supplier	The supplier from Robaws that is linked to this webshop. In this case that is the supplier 'Licht en Elektro Bossuyt'.
API key	The API key you receive from Bossuyt.

You request your API key directly from Bossuyt. Robaws cannot create or request this key for you.

This integration works with one API key for your entire environment. So you cannot set up a separate key per user or per company.

What the webshop can do

The integration with Licht en Elektro Bossuyt offers the following possibilities:

Importing items from the webshop into Robaws — into your item library or straight into a quotation.
Updating prices automatically, so that your item library follows the current prices from Bossuyt.
Checking the stock, so that you can see whether an item is available before you order.
Ordering directly from Robaws with the supplier.

If you order via this webshop, your supply order has not been placed straight away. Robaws sends the lines through to Bossuyt and gives you the action button Open the order in the webshop. With that button you complete the order in the Bossuyt webshop itself. So always check whether you have actually confirmed the order there.

This webshop works with whole quantities. If you order in halves or other fractional units, Robaws rounds that off to an integer.
