To make your quotation more visually attractive, it is possible to add photos.

Adding an image to an item

If you would like to give more clarity to your items / posts, you can also add photos in the item lines.

Items

With items you can add an image but choose to apply it for internal use only. If that option is activated, the image is therefore not visible on the quotation, but it is visible when selecting an item in Wappy, for example.

Posts

The image you link to a post here is only visible on the quotation PDF if the post is of the type line. For a post of the type chapter or title, the image is not shown on the PDF.

Adding a photo from a quotation line

You can add a photo per quotation line. To do this, you open your line on your quotation, then you choose layout and click on the orange box with the 3 white dots:

Important: if a photo had already been added on your item and you add another photo via your quotation line, the photo from your item is not taken over on the PDF, only the photo from your quotation line.
