How the LAMO integration works

LAMO is a wholesaler specialising in sanitary ware, heating, ventilation and installation material. If you link their webshop to Robaws, you pull items and prices straight in and order without leaving Robaws.

LAMO is a Belgian wholesaler with branches in West and East Flanders. This integration is therefore only relevant for Belgian customers.

What you can do with the integration

Activating the integration

Go to settings > integrations > webshops > LAMO and fill in these details.

Setting	Explanation
Enabled	Set this to active to use the integration.
Update prices automatically	If this is switched on, Robaws retrieves the current prices from the webshop every day for the items you have imported.
Supplier	The supplier as it is known in Robaws. This is needed when importing items and when placing supply orders.
Username	Your LAMO username.
Password	Your LAMO password.

Once those details are correct, you can use the integration.

For LAMO you work with one general login for the entire company. User-specific webshop accounts are not possible with this webshop.

Importing items from the webshop

You fill your cart in the LAMO webshop and then import that cart into Robaws. There are two ways of doing this:

Importing into the item library. The items become items in Robaws and get an automatic price update.
Import once. The items are copied to your clipboard, so that you can paste them into a document. They do not end up in the item library and therefore get no price update.

Go through the following steps:

Go to the item overview screen and click the webshops action button at the top.
Click LAMO. The webshop opens in a new tab.
Fill your shopping cart in the webshop with the items you want.
Go back to the Robaws tab and click Import items from shopping cart to Robaws. Leave the LAMO tab open.
In the pop-up window, fill in the information that applies and click Add items.

Do you only want to copy the items from your cart without adding them to your item library? Then choose Import once in this window.

Updating prices automatically

Items that you import into the item library automatically get a price update from the webshop every day. If the price changes at LAMO, you see that on the item file.

The date of the last price update is shown on the supplier line of the item file.

Items imported once never get a price update. That price stays as it was at the moment of importing.

Ordering directly from LAMO

From the supply orders module you send a supply order straight through to LAMO:

Create a supply order and link LAMO as the supplier.
On the supply order, click the Send via webshop action button.

Robaws first checks whether LAMO has enough stock. If not, you get a message. You can still send the supply order through.
