How the Omni-Term webshop works

To activate the Omni-Term webshop, first contact your contact person at Omni-Term and ask them to activate webshop access.

Activating the integration

Go to Settings > Integrations > Omni-Term

Fill in your customer number, username and password and set the integration to active.
Once you have filled in these details, a connection with the Omni-Term webshop is established.

How does the webshop integration work?

Several accounts

With Omni-Term you can have several user accounts per customer number. If that is the case for you, you have to fill in the account you want to use for the integration in the 'Username' field. If you only have one account, it is best to leave this field empty, otherwise you get a blank page when you open the webshop via Robaws.

Ordering

With Omni-Term you have the option of sending supply orders through to the webshop itself. Your shopping cart is then filled with the items that were on the supply order. You then get an email with a reminder to complete the order in Omni-Term.
