How the Frigro webshop works

Frigro is a Belgian wholesaler in refrigeration technology, climate control and heat pumps. With this integration you pull Frigro's items into Robaws, so that you do not have to retype them manually.

This integration is available for Belgian environments.

Activating the integration

To activate the integration, go to settings > integrations > webshops > Frigro. Here you activate the 'enabled' slider.

To be able to set up the integration, the details below are required. These details have to be completely correct, otherwise the integration cannot be set up.

Setting	Explanation
Supplier	The supplier from Robaws that is linked to this webshop. In this case that is the supplier 'Frigro'.
Customer number	Your customer number with Frigro.
App password	The app password you receive from Frigro.

You request these two details directly from Frigro. Robaws cannot create your customer number and app password, and cannot request them for you either. So contact Frigro first and only start setting up the integration afterwards.

This integration works with one set of details for your entire environment. So you cannot set up separate details per user or per company.

What the webshop can do

The integration with Frigro is intended for importing items:

Importing items from the webshop into Robaws — into your item library or straight into a quotation. The price at that moment comes along.
Do you order in units of 0.5 or 2.25, for example? That is possible: this webshop supports quantities with decimals.

What this integration does not do: there is no automatic price update, you cannot check the stock at Frigro and you cannot send a supply order from Robaws through to Frigro. If you want to update the prices of your Frigro items, you import them again.
