How does the Suivo integration work?
Suivo is track & trace software. You can find all the information on their website.
The integration from Robaws to Suivo is free of charge.
If you want the integration to send work orders from Suivo to Robaws, this is currently custom work carried out by Suivo.
Robaws > Suivo
When you create or edit a project in Robaws, this information is sent to Suivo. On the basis of the project data from Robaws, a location is created in Suivo.
In Suivo you can then use the track & trace functionalities and assign them to the correct location.
With Suivo track & trace we can pass on CIAW. You can do this by switching on CheckInAtWork in the project in Robaws and filling in the Yard nr. NSSO.
Suivo > Robaws
(this is not standard and has to be developed for you as a customer by Suivo)
During the night, Suivo sends all registered hours of this project to Robaws. This comes into Robaws as a new work order on the linked project; the registered hours are shown on the work order under the items.
Settings
Go to Settings > Integrations > Suivo
- Fill in the details for Id & Secret
- Fill in the project statuses that are considered active. This means that projects with this status are sent to Suivo.
- Complete the remaining settings
- Set the integration to active.
