What is One-Two

One-Two is a modern time clock that allows you to register equipment and time in a simple way by scanning barcodes. For more information, see their website: https://www.one-two.com

Integration with Robaws

The integration can be switched on via Settings -> Integrations -> Other. Click 'Activate integration'. You then have to log in with your One-Two username and password.
As soon as the integration has succeeded, Robaws will create your employees, items and projects in your One-Two environment.

Attention! If you are already a One-Two user with an item library that you have built up yourself, it is better to contact One-Two and ask for a new empty environment. That way you avoid conflicts in item numbers and synchronisation problems, and you can start with a clean slate.

Synchronisation of items

Item number in Robaws -> Code in One-Two, or robaws_article_{id} if not filled in

When an item is an 'Hour code', we create it in One-Two as an activity and let One-Two generate the barcode itself. The barcode from Robaws is then not used.When an item is deleted in Robaws, or it is changed into an hour code, we do not delete the item in One-Two, but we change the name to [INACTIVE]. You can delete items or activities yourself in One-Two if you wish, but when a change is made to the item in Robaws, we will create it again in One-Two.

Import of work orders

Every night at 2 a.m., all registrations from One-Two that are linked to a Robaws item and project are imported and created as a work order in Robaws. We group them by project and registration date. For each project - registration date combination, 1 work order is created containing all registrations of materials and hours. If you have created new registrations in One-Two and you want to send them to Robaws immediately, you can do so via the 'Import work orders' button on the same page where you switch the integration on.

Sharing the barcode of projects with your production department

To pass projects on to your production department, you can use the 'Default documents' function of the project module. You can find this in Robaws under Settings > Projects. If you use the replacement code ${barcode} in your default document, this PDF can be used by the production department to scan the barcode of the project concerned. You can also place other useful information on this document by means of the other replacement codes for projects: see replacement codes.

Linking employees to scanners

This is the only thing that still has to be done in the One-Two application itself.
