Error messages and problems with the Exact Online integration
With the Exact Online accounting integration, problems or error messages can occur when exporting to your accountant.

Document Type is not allowed
Reason: the linked account does not have sufficient rights in Exact Online to let Robaws create an invoice.
Solution:
- Link with the correct account, which does have sufficient rights
- Or change the rights in Exact Online
Failed updating account in Exact Online - ExactOnline: Forbidden - WrongDivision
Reason: this means there are several administrations in Exact Online, and that the wrong one was linked to Robaws.
Solution: link the correct Exact Online administration to Robaws
