Email account per user

In Robaws you have the option to send emails. To do so, you have to create an email account. Via this email account we connect to your mail server (for example Office or Gmail) to send the emails.
There are various types of email accounts you can work with in Robaws.

You can set this email address on the user profile. When all emails are sent from that profile, that email account is used.

The email account of the user is only used if no email address has been set up per company/module.

Creating an email account per user
