How does the Traxgo integration work?

Thanks to the Robaws - Traxgo integration, these packages work together seamlessly.
You only have to register your projects in Robaws; places and people are imported into Traxgo automatically, after which the reports are sent to Robaws for recalculation and invoicing.
Traxgo is also compatible with Wappy.

What does the integration do?

Once the integration is active, the following actions can be carried out via the Traxgo interface:

Importing places. These end up under a fixed group and contain: project number, description, address, CIAW ID. The zone of the project can be adjusted; with a new import these changes are retained.
Importing people. Data on the Traxgo platform is updated with information from Robaws, including the company number and the national register number. This information is needed for CIAW and/or Construbadge.
Creating work orders in Robaws. Wage reports are created in accordance with PC124.

Check In @ Work

Robaws sends the project (number) to Traxgo. From Traxgo, CIAW can then be carried out automatically for the project.

Tracking hours and kilometres

The tracking of the hours and kilometres registered in Traxgo can be imported into Robaws. This can be done manually via an Excel file, or via an API, which is chargeable.
That way this data ends up on a work order in Robaws and can be used further for invoicing and/or recalculation.

Activating the integration

You have to activate the integration between Traxgo and Robaws via Traxgo. The settings for the integration are also set there. For more information, contact support@traxgo.be.

To set up an effective integration, the following steps are required:

Traxgo works with an API user. Their tip is to create api@companyname.be.
A user role has to be linked to the user. If not, Traxgo will have no access.
On the user, tick the 'API-only' box and create a new access key.
Send the key and secret to Traxgo.

Traxgo filters on the status of the projects, so it is advisable to have a 'completed' status, so that these projects are no longer imported into the Tracker web.
