How do I link a construction partner, such as an architect, to a project?
A construction partner is a person or company you work with to bring a project to a successful conclusion, such as an architect, a safety coordinator or an EPB reporter. You link construction partners to a project, together with the right contact. That way you find them on the project straight away, and in the Robaws App you see on the project who to call or e-mail.
Activating construction partners
Go to Settings > Projects, Settings card:

Type construction partner | The list of types you can choose from, on the supplier file and on the project. By default it contains architect, safety coordination and EPB. You adjust the list to your own preference. |
Creating a construction partner
A construction partner is a supplier. So first create them in the suppliers module, with their contacts. On the supplier file, choose under Type which kind of construction partner it is, for example architect. Robaws takes over that type as soon as you link them to a project.
Linking a construction partner to a project
Open the project and add a line in the Construction partners block:

Type | The type of construction partner. Robaws takes it over from the supplier file; you can change it per project. |
Receive progress claims? | Tick this if this construction partner has to receive the progress claim. |
You can link several construction partners to the same project. On the supplier file you see in the Overview block under Projects on which projects the supplier is a construction partner.
