Staging environment

The staging environment is available at staging.robaws.com. This environment contains all data of the live environment (app.robaws.com) up to day - 1.

The staging environment can be used to test certain things, such as imports.

There are, however, a number of limitations you need to take into account:

• There is no guaranteed availability (SLA) for the staging environment.
• There are no guarantees in terms of stability and performance.
• The data on the staging environment is normally the data of the production environment up to day - 1, but there are no guarantees on this. Older data may be present, or the data may fail to match reality for some other reason.
• The staging environment always receives new releases first, so bugs may be present.
• Certain functions are not available on staging.
• Some integrations are absent or incomplete, or do not work correctly on staging.
• Documents (files) are not copied across, so you cannot consult them from staging unless you upload documents on staging yourself.
• Beyond that, we do not offer active support on the staging environment.
