How does the Abax integration work?

Abax is track & trace software. You can find all the information on their website.
Thanks to the Robaws - Abax integration, these packages work together seamlessly.

The integration is free of charge; of course you do need a licence with both Robaws and Abax to be able to use this integration.

Robaws > Abax

For the administrative data, one of the two software packages is always leading. This means that the element is created in the leading package and passed on to the other package, where it can be completed further.

Robaws is leading for:

Projects > Geofences
Employees > Employees

Projects

When you create or edit a project in Robaws, this information is sent to Abax. On the basis of the project data from Robaws, a geofence is created in Abax.

The geofence is created automatically on the date the project is set to 'Approved' as 'Site'.
In Abax you can then use the track & trace functionalities and assign them to the correct geofence.
When the project is closed in Robaws, the geofence Due date is filled in and the radius is set to 1 m.

Employees

Employees created in Robaws are created and/or synchronised automatically in Abax every day as employees.

Abax > Robaws

Abax is leading for:

Reports > Work orders

The reports from Abax come into Robaws as a new work order on the linked project; the registered hours are shown on the work order under the items.
To do this, click the 'Export to Robaws' button in Abax.
