How does the ByondFiles integration work?

ByondFiles is a digital DMS (Document Management System) for the construction sector that manages your documents and company information centrally. Access is simple and fast, both for your team and for external partners via a secure sharing portal.

Possibilities with the integration

The integration has a 2-way synchronisation. This means that changes in Robaws as well as in ByondFiles are synchronised with each other.
For every module you choose, ByondFiles creates its own Robaws directory in your Home directory in ByondFiles. You can move these directories to another location afterwards; the synchronisation keeps running to the new directory.

In ByondFiles you select per module which Robaws data you want to synchronise.

Activating the integration

Activating the integration starts from ByondFiles.

Contact support@ByondFiles.com and ask them to activate the Robaws integration in your ByondFiles environment.
As soon as the module has been activated, you can configure the integration independently in ByondFiles; follow their manual for this.
