# What does my supplier see on the supplier portal?

When you send a [price request](https://support.robaws.com/en/article/drawing-up-a-price-request-for-a-supplier-yjcgyu/) to your suppliers, every supplier receives an e-mail with a personal link to the **supplier portal**. There they view your request, fill in their prices and submit their offer. They do not need a Robaws account for this. That way you know what your supplier sees when they call you with a question.

## What does your supplier see?

The portal opens in the language you filled in on the [supplier file](https://support.robaws.com/en/article/suppliers-xbz2v5/). Your supplier sees:

* your logo and your company name
* their status, for example 'Awaiting your response'
* the **Deadline date**: up to and including that day they can respond
* the name and the address of the project
* your **Contact info**, as you set it in the [settings](https://support.robaws.com/en/article/price-requests-settings-12eakak/#2-settings)
* the introduction and the closing of the price request, if you work with them
* the lines for which you request a price, with their extended description, quantity and unit
* the files you put under **Documents for suppliers**. They can download them one by one, or all together in a ZIP file.

They do not see which other suppliers received the same request, nor their prices.

## What can your supplier do?

1. They choose **Yes, I am going to calculate** or **No, I am not going to calculate**. If they choose no, they can add a remark. You read it in Robaws via the info icon next to their status. If they change their mind, they can still click **Yes, I am going to calculate** up to the deadline date.
2. They fill in their price per line, per unit or as the total of the line. Robaws converts a total into a price per unit.
3. They click **Submit offer**. If there is still a line without a price, they get a message and those lines turn red.

After submitting, your supplier can no longer change their prices via the portal. If something still has to change, you change the prices in Robaws via **Show supplier prices** on their line.

As soon as your supplier submits or declines their offer, the assignee of the price request receives a [notification](https://support.robaws.com/en/article/notifications-5hn5mm/) and Robaws changes the status of the supplier.

| After the deadline date, your supplier sees the message 'Deadline has passed' and can no longer do anything. Do you still want to let them submit? Then move the **Deadline date** on the price request.

## What do you see in Robaws?

On the line of every supplier you see their status and the **Last interaction**. Via **Show history** you see what they did and when:

| Action | When |
| ---- |
| E-mail sent | You sent them an e-mail with a supplier email template. |
| Price request viewed | They opened the portal. |
| Documents downloaded | They downloaded the files as a ZIP file. |
| Calculating | They clicked **Yes, I am going to calculate**. |
