# How the Kramp webshop works

## Activating the integration

Before you can use the integration, it is important that we have a **connection** with this webshop.
You can set up the connection in 2 different ways:

* [A general integration for the entire company](#6-general-integration)
* [An integration specific to each user](#6-user-specific-integration)

###### General integration

To set up the general integration with the Kramp webshop, go to **settings > integrations > webshops > Kramp**.
For the general login you need the left-hand column. Fill in the details below.

| Setting | Explanation |
| ---- |
| Enabled | You have to activate this slider if you want to use the integration. |
| Supplier | Here you link the supplier that is known in Robaws. This matters when importing items and placing supply orders with the supplier. |
| Customer number | Here you fill in your Kramp customer number. |
| Username | Here you fill in your Kramp username. |
| Password | Here you fill in your Kramp password. |

| With the 'test connection' button you can see whether all details have been filled in correctly and the connection is successful.

###### User-specific integration

To set up the user-specific integration with the Kramp webshop, go to **settings > integrations > webshops > Kramp.**
For the user-specific login you need the right-hand pane, combined with a few settings from the left-hand column. Fill in the details below.

| Setting | Explanation |
| ---- |
| Employee | Select the employee for whom you want to set up the user-specific integration. |
| Username | Click the padlock to fill in the Kramp username. |
| Login | Click the padlock to fill in the Kramp password. |
| Enabled | With this slider you make sure the integration with the webshop is activated. |
| Supplier | Here you link the supplier that is known in Robaws. This matters when importing items and placing supply orders with the supplier. |
| Customer number | Here you fill in your Kramp customer number. |

| With the 'test connection' button behind the padlock for each user, you can see whether all details have been filled in correctly and the connection is successful.

## Special points to note for this webshop

###### Importing items

When items are imported from the Kramp webshop into Robaws, only the most recent open shopping cart is taken into account.
In addition, we recommend using **'own'** shopping carts only. Using **'shared'** shopping carts can cause errors during the import.

###### Updating prices

Because of the **rate limit** of the Kramp webshop API, Robaws cannot offer automatic price updates.
It is still possible to retrieve the current price manually from the item file. You do this with the 'update prices' action button provided on the item file.

## Creating a supply order

Between Robaws and Kramp it is possible to send supply orders created in Robaws through to Kramp. To be able to send a supply order to the webshop, it is important that every item on the supply order is linked to Kramp as the supplier.
When you send it, you get a pop-up message at the top right telling you whether or not the supply order has been sent.
If you get the message 'sent OK', the supply order was sent and you can find it in Kramp under the shopping carts. An extra shopping cart has been added there with the supply order number from Robaws.
