# How does the Connectplatform integration work?

[Connectplatform](https://connectplatform.nl/) is a Dutch partner that offers ready-made integrations between Robaws and other software. For example, e-mails from Outlook, requests from a form on your website or orders from your WooCommerce webshop end up in Robaws automatically, without retyping.

|| Connectplatform is an external partner, not part of Robaws. You set up and manage the integration itself at Connectplatform, not in Robaws.

## What Connectplatform does

Connectplatform works with standard integrations, not custom work. You choose the integration you need, and Connectplatform sets it up together with you: which data goes back and forth, and what happens with it in Robaws, for example whether an incoming request becomes a customer, a task, a quotation or an order. After that, the integration runs in the background.

## Webshops via Connectplatform

Via Connectplatform, you also connect the webshops of two Dutch wholesalers to Robaws. You find their tiles in **settings > integrations**, under **Webshops**:

* **Wijlhuizen**: you import items, check the stock and send an order to the webshop. The webshop then opens, where you complete the order.
* **Casadata**: you import items, also with quantities with decimals. Checking the stock or sending an order is not possible.

In Robaws you do not fill in any login details for these webshops: you log in at Connectplatform. How you then work with the items from a webshop is explained in [importing items from a webshop](/en/article/importing-items-from-a-webshop-1apt251/).

## Where do you find the tile?

Go to **settings > integrations**. There you find the tile **Connectplatform**, with the label **External**. When you click the tile, the Connectplatform website opens with their offer.

The tile is only visible in a Dutch Robaws environment.
