# Getting a performance sheet for your employees

Yes. All **presence and absence hours** that you register for an [employee](https://support.robaws.com/en/article/employees-general-4h4p3y/) are summarised per employee in a **performance sheet**. That sheet contains the hours worked, the kilometres and the projects that were worked on. Optionally, the mobility allowance and the cost price of the working hours are added.

You can request the performance sheet in three ways:

1. [Via the employees module in Robaws](#2-exporting-in-robaws)
2. [Via the completed work orders in Wappy](#2-exporting-in-wappy)
3. [Via the subcontractor portal](#2-via-the-subcontractor-portal)

## Exporting in Robaws

1. Go to the **employees** module.
2. Click the **PDF** action button.
3. Fill in a start and end date. Both are mandatory.
4. Select one or more employees.
5. Click **PDF**.

You get one pdf per selected employee, with the registered hours and kilometres for that period.

The pdf contains these columns:

| Column | Data |
| ---- |
| Date | The day on which the hours were registered. |
| Start time | The start time of the first work order of that day. |
| End time | The end time of the last work order of that day. |
| Hours | The number of hours achieved on that day. |
| Pause | The breaks of all work orders of that day together. |
| Kilometers | The number of kilometres registered on that day, with the corresponding mobility type. |
| Mobility | The mobility amount that has to be paid out, based on the kilometres driven and the mobility type. |
| Cost price | The [cost price of the hours worked](https://support.robaws.com/en/article/how-is-the-cost-price-of-my-hours-on-a-work-order-determined-16c9jwi/) on that day. |
| Detail | The projects that were worked on that day. |

|| You switch the **mobility** and **cost price** columns on or off via **settings > [employees](https://support.robaws.com/en/article/employees-settings-1kxnj5g/)**, with the toggles 'show mobility column on pdf' and 'show cost price column on pdf'. By default the mobility column is on and the cost price column is off.

## Exporting in Wappy

In [Wappy](https://support.robaws.com/en/article/wappy-bmkzk0/) the employee retrieves their own performance sheet via the **PDF** action button with the completed work orders. After choosing a period, they get a pdf with their own registered hours and kilometres.

The pdf uses the same columns as the [export in Robaws](#2-exporting-in-robaws), including the same settings for mobility and cost price.

## Via the subcontractor portal

If you work with subcontractors, you can give them a unique URL to the **subcontractor portal**. There the subcontractor downloads the performance sheets of all their employees working for your organisation themselves, over a period of their choice. You generate that URL on the [supplier file](https://support.robaws.com/en/article/suppliers-xbz2v5/) via the **Subcontractor portal URL** field.
