# Change of Robaws' outgoing IP address

Dear customer,

Due to a technical change, Robaws' outgoing IP address will change. If you (or your IT partner) have added our IP address to any firewalls (for example those of e-mail servers), please contact your IT partner and/or adjust the necessary firewalls yourself.
