# Asking for help

Depending on your question, we offer **different channels** to help you as well as possible.

*Quickly navigate to:*
* [Technical problems](#2-technical-problems)
* [Functional questions](#2-functional-questions)
* [Questions about your own way of working](#2-questions-about-your-own-way-of-working-scheduling-a-meeting)
* [Scheduling a meeting with us](#2-questions-about-your-own-way-of-working-scheduling-a-meeting)
* [Need extra hands](#2-do-you-need-extra-hands)

## Technical problems

Send an e-mail to support@robaws.be.
The following information is the minimum needed to report a problem: a description of the problem, the expected behaviour, the time it occurred, and the user (e-mail) that experiences the problem.
The quickest way to fix something is to send us structured steps so that we can reproduce the problem.

Feel free to send us a screenshot or a short video in which the problem can clearly be seen. This way we can analyse the problem better and solve it more quickly.

| Subscribe to [our status page](https://status.robaws.com/) via the 'subscribe' button in the top right (free of charge). That way you are informed immediately in the event of technical incidents.

## Functional questions

1. You will find an answer to most questions in the [**Helpcenter**](support.robaws.com).
2. Not found? If it is a simple question, send us a message via the **chat function** in Robaws.
3. Is your question a little more complex? Then send an **e-mail** to support@robaws.com.
4. For urgent questions you can reach us **by telephone** on +32 56 22 22 29 during the times below. We kindly ask you to keep telephone calls short so that we remain available to all customers with urgent questions.

|| During the onboarding, your consultant is your first point of contact. Please put your questions to him or her and not to support as long as you have not yet had all the training sessions. Given the multitude of options within Robaws, a simple question quickly becomes a workflow set-up that is best discussed during a training session.

## Questions about your own way of working & scheduling a meeting

* Do you have a specific question about the way you work that is not explained in the Helpcenter?
* Have you been working with Robaws for a while, but would you like us to take a look at whether your way of working with Robaws could be improved?
* Do you have a list of questions?
* Do you want to start using new modules?
* Has the colleague who knew Robaws well left, and are you at your wits' end?
* Do you want to schedule a conversation with us for another reason?

We can help you with this.
1. Book a free **short meeting** (20 min) with us to outline your question: some problems we can solve quickly, and if not, we discuss whether personal guidance can help you.
    Book this slot yourself [via this meeting planner](https://meetings-eu1.hubspot.com/charlotte-flamee/check-in-call-20min).
2. **Personal guidance** (extra explanation, going through several questions, help with your way of working, a refresher) depends on the region.
    * In Flanders this guidance is provided by a CSM. It takes place by appointment and can be online, at our office or on site at your premises, and can range from one hour online to one or more half days on site. Request the prices and conditions without obligation via customer@robaws.com
    * In the Netherlands you can turn to the partner who got you started.

## Do you need extra hands?

* Do you need temporary help to get started with Robaws, to draw up your posts or to import your items?
* Do you want to develop an API integration or Robaws BI, but you do not have the know-how in house?
* Do you want help with your processes and/or guidance from a consultant?

In Flanders we can put you in touch with a number of **external service providers** who are familiar with Robaws. Ask about this via customer@robaws.com
In the Netherlands you can request this information from the partner who got you started.
